Jim McLane of Illustrated  Properties specializes in beachside living including oceanfront condos and beachside communities. From Singer Island to Jupiter Island, including Juno Beach and Jupiter we have a large selection of communities to choose from. Jupiter has some of the finest beaches and we have the Juno Beach pier just at the Juno and Jupiter border.  You'll notice when you arrive in the Jupiter/Juno area as  you will see large expanses of preserve areas along US 1 and not rows of commercial storefronts.

People are migrating north to Jupiter to rid themselves of the hustle and bustle of south Palm Beach. The area is very desirable and people are flocking here. Thereby real estate prices her in Jupiter are probably the highest in Palm Beach County. Don't be surprised when I tell you this.

Along the beach we have Ocean Royale, Juno Beaches newest and most luxurious condos which overlook the Juno Pier and the Juno Beach Marine Center. As you drive up you'll notice the green metal roofs of the Jupiter Ocean Grande. This is one of my favorite beachside condos in Jupiter. As you go further up you'll notice 4 large identical condos that make up Ocean Trail. They are the typical older condos with catwalks but they have some beautiful views of the Jupiter Inlet.

We have our share of great beachside communities also. Seaside in Juno Beach is a small community of Key West style homes that are just a short walk to the beach and Pelican Lake in Juno. A bit further up you'll notice Sea Colony which is a gated community of homes, condos and townhomes. Once you pass Sea Colony you'll notice Jupiter Key. Jupiter Key is another gated Key West community of homes. Don't miss Ocean Walk which has single family homes with pools. The last beachside community you'll see is Xanadu by the Sea. It is a single street of beach homes that offers a true walk to the beach lifestyle.

We have several other beach communities such as Olympus and the Bluffs. The Bluffs contain condos, single family homes and townhomes. Olympus is my favorite beach community. Large open homes with property and some have beautiful lake views. Olympus is a must see community. The beach area real estate values are holding pretty strong and expect to pay to a premium to live in one of these communities.

If beachside living is not for you we have a planned community called Abacoa which is made up of many different communities containing homes, townhomes and condos. Each phase has a different theme and look. The homes themselves are all similar on the inside with just different facades on the outside. It is probably one of the most popular communities in Jupiter. The communities are newer and you get a downtown inside Abacoa as well as each community having there own pool area. We also have a golf course and Florida Atlantic University on site and Scripps research is being constructed as we speak.

Mallory Creek is Abacoa's newest community. It is a jewel and you should see it. Mallory Creek will have two community pools and a true clubhouse with a fitness center and social rooms. Martinique, Tuscany, New Haven and Cambridge of a few of the other Abacoa communities. Abacoa is a fanatastic fun and friendly community for your kids and family. The have their own middle school inside Abacoa as well as a skate park, roller hockey rinks and other activities inside Abacoa.

The other popular community is Evergrene. Evergrene is a large community of homes, townhomes and condos that is gated and has an incredible lake in the center of the community. They have a gorgeous clubhouse, pool, fitness center and restaurant on site. Evergrene gives you a resort style living without the resort style prices. It is a must visit community. Check out their website: www.OurEvergrene.com and you will see the activities going on. Spend the weekend at the pool bar while enjoying some beach volleyball or just relaxing around the pool. Pickup dinner from the restaurant inside your clubhouse but don't miss your workout in the fitness center.

Other popular communities are the Shores, Egret Landing and Jupiter Farms for the country in you. We have a large array of choices and I'm sure one is right for you.
