Jupiter and Juno Beach have only a small section of beachside homes. Most of the beachside communities are made up of oceanfront condos and smaller townhomes and condos back off the beach. Starting in Juno Beach we have Surfside Hills, Tomkus and Seaside of Juno Beach. Juno Beach is a small community with a large portion of the land set aside for parks and natural preserves. They also have the Juno Beach Pier and park which offers fishing and a guarded beach.  Downtown Juno Beach is based around Pelican Lake.

As you get into Jupiter you will Sea Colony, Jupiter Key, Olympus,Ocean Walk and Xanadu. These are the beachside and seaside communities in Jupiter. Jupiter beach has a wonderful sidewalk and bike path that runs the length of the ocean through Juno and Jupiter. Sea Colony has a section of single family homes that offer a gated community with pool and tennis mixed among the townhomes and condos.

Jupiter Key sits down below the townhomes that block the majority of Jupiter Key except for the three large Jupiter Key homes that sit on A1A with ocean views. Jupiter Key is a Key West style community of postage stamp lots with a community pool. It is a gated community with frame homes running in size from 1,500 to 5,000 sq. ft with most running about 2,200 sq. ft.

Olympus is a non gated community of larger homes with many sitting overlooking the lake. They sit on some of the larger beach lots with most homes in the 2,500 to 3,000 sq. ft range.

Ocean Walk is a gated community of zero lot line homes. The homes are all walled with all homes having pools.  There are 4 models ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 sq.ft. Once inside the home you feel like your private enclave.

Xanadu by the Sea is a gatted single street with 60 plus homes that back to Carlin Park on the north and Ocean Walk to the south. It is an array of different homes with no real theme. They don't have a community pool or tennis.
